What is the Point!
You just want to stop the feelings and the pain but be aware these negative thoughts are only temporary, they will come and go but we may allow ourselves to be troubled or anxious about them. But our mood can change back and forth and this is good for you right now because this means that your thoughts of suicide can change and you can have hope and with the right help and support your life can be different from how you are feeling today.
Now is a time to take for you… To Focus on You … You Deserve It! Focus on
Physically – are you eating healthily?, are you having some form of exercise or activities you enjoy?, are you sleeping properly?
Emotionally – do you have a network of friends and family? do you get involved in community activities?, do you have significant relationships? Or has one ended recently?
Fulfilled – do have a job/career or are you unemployed? Do you hate your job or just do not enjoy it? Do you have structure in your life? Do you feel a sense of challenge or purpose?
If some or a lot of these things are missing in your life you can get to feel suicidal!
